As you dive into Hazel, you will notice some other existing features have been relocated and/or improved upon - the relevant Knowledge Base articles are notated with the new navigation and capabilities for Hazel.
The Hazel Administrator Experience
Notifications can be created for just about anything in Hazel! You can now build out custom notifications needed for your users, from there your users have the ability to subscribe to those notifications. You no longer have to depend on tasks or automations to notify your team, it can now all be done using the Notification Builder tool.

Hazel gives you the power to know when your agents are active or when they last logged into the platform with Agent Card. You now have the ability to quickly understand and manage your teams’ usage within FreeAgent.
In Hazel, Activity Timeline is simply Timeline. This is because Timeline is now supercharged and not just limited to activities. In fact, you can customize exactly what events to include in your organization's Timeline in any of your Apps.
Not only that, you can now update and edit Timeline existing events whenever needed to keep you and your team on track.

The Hazel User Experience
Views and New Widgets
Embedded Views within Widgets allow you to create a widget and from that creation screen you can apply all of your filters and groupings without having to first create a Saved View. Additionally, we have added several new Widgets in Hazel.

Building your dashboards and customizing your reports has taken a big leap forward as Administrators can also create custom widgets to be utilized within dashboards, dashlets, floating panels and the brand new Workspaces feature.
You and your team now have the ability to quickly access all of your favorite Views for a particular application without leaving the record or view you are in. For example, if you have 10 favorite views in the Contacts Application, you don't have to leave the view you are in to scroll through or navigate to any of your other favorite views. Save clicks and save time.

My Tasks in Hazel
Hazel offers new and improved ways for users to quickly manage their tasks for the day, week or month without navigating to the Tasks App. Tasks will now be visible in the same way notifications are visible!

Not only are Admins more empowered with administration enhancements. Now your whole team can view when a record was changed, how and by who. This awesome feature is available for every App.

Chrome Desktop Notifications
We understand that your team needs to multitask! Now with Chrome notifications your team has peace of mind that no one will ever miss an important FreeAgent notification, even they are in a multi-tab work environment.

Hazel Mobile App
Once your organization has been upgraded, your next step is to download the new Hazel Mobile App. This will allow you to continue using FreeAgent as you've always done on your device but with all the new capabilities of this new release!
