Every now and then your FreeAgent session may experience functionality issues. A simple first-step troubleshoot is to reset FreeAgent by clearing your cookies and cache in Google Chrome.
Oftentimes these reset methods can alleviate those problems. Clearing your cache and cookies will not affect any settings or information within FreeAgent itself whatsoever. Let's get started.
Clearing via Logout
Follow this link to logout while resetting your cookies and cache:

This is also a link you can easily save to your Chrome bookmarks to quickly perform in the future.
Manually Clearing
If the logout method doesn't work, you can manually clear out your cookies. Performing this process will either solve your problem or give you peace of mind that the problem is not related to your FreeAgent session.
In Chrome, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser. From this menu navigate to More tools > Developer Tools. From here click on >>
Navigate to Cookies and open the drop-down. From here you can now select each cookie with a right-click and clear it.
Once you've cleared these, repeat the process for Local Storage and Session Storage.
Now refresh the page and you will be able to sign-in to FreeAgent with a newly reset, fresh session. If your problem persists, refer to the articles in this guide relevant to your issue or contact support.
