This widget allows you and your teammates to easily create a meeting for the current record when added to a Workspace.
Create Meetings
If this widget is available in your current Workspace it will allow you to easily create a meeting for the selected record. To do this, first, click the 'refresh' icon to fetch the current record. Then proceed to create your meeting by adding the information required as described in the table below.

Title | The name for the Meeting. |
Find a Time |
Use the Calendar to select the date/time when the meeting will take place, or select 'All Day'. Here you have the option to check the Calendar of other team members, as long as you add them as Guests for the meeting using the ¡Resource Day' or 'Resource Week' options. Optionally, you can manually add this information in the following fields: Time (Start and End Time) All Day Guests |
Frequency |
Optional. If the meeting is for a one-time only, leave this field empty. If you want to create a recurring meeting, then specify the frequency in the following format: 1w - 1 Week |
Location |
It can be a URL if the meeting is online or an address for face-to-face meetings. When you start typing an address, you will receive a few suggestions based on existing locations. |

Meeting Workspace Configuration for Admins
To add this widget to any Workspace, you will need to follow the steps described in the 'Workspace' tutorial and use the following information to configure it.

Frame ID | This ID can be anything that will help you identify your Widget, as long as it doesn't contain any spaces. |
