These settings will allow you to select the way FreeAgent CRM behaves when you click on the App Actions to Email or Call within your records.
By default, these options are set to 'No', which means that FreeAgent will take care of those processes. If you click the button to Send Email it will open the FreeAgent Email editor and for Phone Calls, the same will happen, you will get FreeAgent's Phone window.

However, if you haven't paired your phone and email and you want to use your Computer's default apps, such as Outlook or Mail, for these processes then change both Native Click to Call and Native Click to Email to 'Yes'.
