But you might be wondering, why is this so awesome? Simple, almost every cloud based communication provider such as "RingCentral" provides an SDK to implement web-based widgets. With Applets you will be able to implement any provider's widget inside FreeAgent CRM, having the possibility to make calls or send messages through the provider of your choice without leaving FreeAgent. Additionally, you can synchronize your calls and messages with FreeAgent CRM, which means that you will be able to create powerful reports and keep all the historical information in your favorite place, FreeAgent CRM.

We used the OpenCTI support to create an Applet for RingCentral support within FreeAgent CRM. Here is what the Applet looks like in the User Interface.
