You can also manage your Tasks on the go, to stay organized and on top of your daily/weekly/monthly tasks wherever you are.

In this tutorial we will review the following topics:
Navigate to Tasks
Open the menu and tap on the Tasks app to display the available options, there you can choose to see All your Tasks, select one of your Saved Views or create a new Task.
Tap 'Create New Task'. For the type, you can select between Email, Meeting, Phone, Todo, or a custom type if one was created for your account.
Each Task type requires a description, the other fields will change according to the Task type. Fill out the Task details, including the Source App, Source Record, Due Date, Assigned To, and Save once your task is ready.
Tap on the 3 dots icon located in the top right corner of the Task's Card to see the available options. Next tap 'edit' to modify the Task. You can change the description, due date, time, assigned to, and notes of the Task.
Note: It is not possible to change the Task's type after its creation.
Once you have finished with the edits, click the "Save" button to update your Task.
To delete the Task, tap the 3 dots icon and then tap the 'Delete' option. You will need to confirm this process in order to delete the Task.
You can either tap on the 3 dots icon and then tap the Complete Task option or, if the Complete Task action is available on the configuration of the Card, you can tap the Complete Task icon instead. As soon as you do the status of your Task will change to Done.
