FreeAgent mobile app provides different types of Next Steps to help you with all your tasks. From calls to emails, reminders, we got you covered! With all of these options available to you, it will be easier to manage your workload and stay one step ahead.

Navigate to Next Steps
Open the menu and tap on the desired app, then select the record for which you want to create the Next Step. Swipe left until you reach a section called "Next Steps",
Create Next Steps
Tap the 'Add Next Step' button. There are different Next Step types according to the selected App.

Each Next Step requires its description, type, due date, and assignee in order to be saved. If you are missing one of these fields, and you tap 'Save' an error message will appear below the field that is missing the information.
Edit Next Step
Tap on the Next Step to see its details. Next tap the edit icon located in the top right corner. You can change the description, due date, time, assigned to, and notes of the Next Step.
Note: It is not possible to change the Next Step's type after its creation.
Once you have finished with the edits, click the "Save" button to update your Next Step.
Delete Next Steps
To delete the Next Step, tap it to get to its details. There just click the "Delete" button to remove it. You will need to confirm.
Mark Next Step as Done
Tap the Next step to get to its details. There just click the "Mark as Done" button.
