FreeAgent CRM mobile app (iOS and Android) navigation is as simple and as intuitive as its web version, learn how to get the most out of it. Get quick access to your Apps thanks to the main menu. Select an App to see all your records and saved views as desired. What is more, you can get to your records' detail pages with a single click to any existing URL from FreeAgent's web app.

Get FreeAgent CRM on mobile
In this tutorial we will cover the following topics:
Accessing the menu is really simple, just tap the 3 line icon. The menu will show all your existing Apps plus your Next Steps and Notifications. When a new update for the mobile app is available, you will see a button at the bottom of the menu. It is recommended that you keep the mobile app up-to-date.
To go to any of the items available in your menu, just tap on it.
Once you have tap in the desired app, you will have access to the list of records available in it. Each record is shown in the form of a Card to show the most relevant information about it. These cards are completely configurable by the team's administrator. To learn more about Cards, please visit the following tutorial:
Search and Saved Views
Here you also have the option to search within your records. Tap the magnifying glass icon, located on the top right corner. You can search for keywords or tap on one of the available Saved Views displayed right below the search bar.
Tap on any of the available records to go to its details. The first page available is the information. Here you can see all the data available for the record. To edit the information just click the pen and paper icon located on the right side of the record's name.
If you scroll all the way down, you will find additional actions. All apps include the delete button. Within the Contacts app, you will find two additional buttons, Call and Email.
If you swipe left (move your finger from right to left across the screen) you will get to the Activity page. Here you can leave notes, take pictures, and add them as attachments to your records, as well as search within your activities.
Swipe left one more time to get to your Related Lists. The ones available and their order will depend on your existing FreeAgent CRM configuration. You can see other apps as well as Next Steps.
Use any of the existing links to your Saved views or to specific records of any App to get to the same page in the mobile app. Just copy and paste any of the URLs to these pages and share it with your team, either via email or through any messaging app that can be accessed on mobile.
Then all you have to do is tap the URL on your mobile device. Just like magic your saved view or record detail page will open in the mobile app.
You need to install the FreeAgent CRM mobile app on your device for these links to work.
Note: Setting Pages are not available.
