There are different Activity types in FreeAgent CRM, the most basic ones are Calls, Emails, and To-Dos, however you can also keep track of your Meetings and Notes. All of these activities are located in a single place for you to review right under Activities.

Navigate to Activities
Open your menu and search for Activities to get there faster. Activities can be found right below the list of your Apps, right under 'Dashboards'. Then click 'All Activities'.
The filters available for Activities are different from those available in your Apps as there are fewer options of fields to filter by. However, every single one available will show valuable information. From the Activity type to specific types related filters such as call duration or track email.

If you have applied some filters or even performed a specific search within your Activities, you can save it as a View, for quick access. To learn more about Saved Views, please visit the following tutorial:
Exporting your Activities is really simple. Just click the 3 dots icon and click 'Export CSV'.
You have the option to export all your data or use filters and searches to narrow down the information to be exported. You can even opt to download the information of a single type if you need to.
