Validate your user and password
Make sure you are entering the correct credentials. You can verify this by going to your email sign-in web page.

Please verify your URL looks like the following one:
https://your_host.com/ews/exchange.asmx
Open a browser and copy/paste your URL. All Exchange servers require an authentication on that URL, therefore you will see something similar to:
Type your credentials to sign in and you should get something like:
If you were able to get here means that your service is up and running.

FreeAgent CRM is only compatible with Microsoft Exchange 2007 and newer. Please contact your IT team or provider to verify the Exchange version that you are using.
