Send an Email
There are multiple ways to send an email to your Contacts in the FreeAgent CRM mobile App:
- A single tap on the email field in the Information section.
- Via the Email type Task.
- Replying to an existing email conversation.
When you click on an existing email thread or on an email Taskt, you will go to the email creation window. From there you can Cc or Bcc other contacts or team members, give your email a subject, and type the contents of your email. Your email signature will be included in the body of the email. Once you are done typing your email, tap on send.
Review your Emails
On the go you can still review all the emails you have sent and received to your contacts. Swipe left on the contact's detail once to go to the Activity timeline. Here you can see all your inbound and outbound emails.
Reply to an Email
To reply to an email within the mobile app, go to Contacts and select the contact you are replying to. Swipe left to switch the current card view to get to the 'Activities Timeline' and scroll to find the desired email. Tap on the email to view its details and at the top right corner, you will have the 'Reply' option. Tap on it to reply to the email. You should see the 'Re:' indicator in the subject to know that you are actually replying to an existing email thread. Tap on "Send" when you are ready to reply.
