Edition Qualifier: Basic integrations (Gmail and Office365) are available in all FreeAgent editions. Complex integrations are available for Professional, Enterprise and Unlimited editions.
User Permissions: Managing integrations is available to users with Company Access. However, all users can take advantage of integrations that account Administrators have set up.
FreeAgent executes integrations through a third-party software, Zapier. You can connect your FreeAgent CRM account with more than 1,000 web services! These connections (called Zaps) are set up in minutes and require no coding. Use these integrations to automate day-to-day tasks, build workflows between Apps, and see all relevant data on Activity Timelines and more!
Some of the services we integrate with include (but are not limited to!): Mailchimp, Quickbooks, Gmail, Outlook, Office365, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twilio, Intercom, Clearbit, Docusign, and MORE! If there is an App for it in Zapier, it can be integrated into FreeAgent CRM. Setting up integrations with other services connects FreeAgent with any other tool needed to run your business.
