Automations help to streamline follow-up and provide a seamless experience for customers coming into or working through the pipeline. You can set up automations to ensure that every lead is communicated with as soon as they enter your database. Or, set up an automation that is triggered by a change in the field value. Email automations with templates can send automatically, without user oversight. You can also create a call or reminder automations that create Next Steps within the system. Set automations to follow a specific cadence, or remind you a certain time after the creation or update of a specific record.
Note: Call and Email automated Next Steps are only available in the Contacts App.
