There are two ways to define the capabilities of users within FreeAgent CRM: Access Level and Roles (Roles will be covered later on).
There are three different access levels for users:
Access Level |
Definition |
Individual |
Allow users to see/edit records assigned to them. Managed in the Owner Field. |
Team |
Enables users to see and work with all records associated with their team. Managed in the Team Field. |
Company |
These users can see and edit all records in the system across all Apps. |
