Importing your data into FreeAgent CRM is one of the most crucial steps when getting started.
First, you will need to identify if you are bringing in your data from another software platform, or if you would like to start fresh.
If you are looking to bring your existing data from another Software platform we recommend that you export the data and review it before importing it. Make sure that your data is clean, meaning that it doesn't include outdated information and that there are no duplicates in it.
You can prepare your CSV files thanks to the templates available for you to download and then upload them through the importer, which will allow you to match the columns in your file to existing fields in FreeAgent CRM.
Note: One CSV file will be needed per App, as they include their own sets of fields.
