Get the information you need in our Knowledge Base by visiting the icon in the header of your FreeAgent webpage, or by visiting support.freeagentcrm.com. Browse through the different categories or use the search functionality to access the tutorial you are looking for. The search functionality works best when searching for keywords such as views, notifications, contact assignments.

Look for new release information every Tuesday! If you are an active customer, you will receive an email (almost every week!) on Tuesdays, explaining that week's new release. We work hard to add new features and improve our existing product. Release information is sent out on Tuesdays via email and is also available in the Taco icon in the header of your FreeAgent account. Learn about what’s new or improved and how it may impact how you interact with your account! Release features, if they change the functionality of the software, will have new tutorials written for how they work.
