Track your Email analytics in a single place. Learn when and how many Leads opened each sent email, which email template was used, and even track the clicks on links.

Level Access Needed to Use Email Analytics
Email Analytics is available for all access levels.
Before getting started, it is really important to mention that this feature only tracks emails sent within FreeAgent CRM. Email Analytics of emails sent from outside FreeAgent CRM will not be available.
Navigating to Email Analytics
To get started, click on 'Activities' to display the available options and then click 'Email Analytics'. You can also use the search function in the menu and start typing 'Email Analytics'.
Here you will see all the emails that have been sent from within FreeAgent CRM to your Contacts. Each email includes information about the sender and the recipient.
If a Template was used, it will show the template's name on the list under Template or will be empty in the opposite case. Here you will also see the subject and an extract of the body of the Email.
It will also show if your Contacts opened the Email and if they clicked on the links within the Email. Here you will also see the number of times the Email was opened and the number of clicks given to the link as well as when this last occurred.
Please note that sending bulk emails will create one log entry for each of the recipients on the list to track the analytics individually. When an email is sent with CC or CCO, the number of opens and clicks will show one total for all recipients as a single entry on the log.
As most views within FreeAgent CRM, you have different options available to you that include: filters, change the view type, save views for reporting, and list configuration.
You can apply filters based on different dates, or if you would like to see the results of a given template. You can learn more about filters in this tutorial.
You can switch from the list view to the other available views. In this particular case, the ones available are Pie Chart, Bar Chart, Donut Chart, Funnel Chart, and Pivot Table.
If you made changes to your view, applied filters, rearranged the columns, or anything else that you would like to keep, we recommend creating a Save View for it. Just click 'Save View' to display the available options and then click 'Save as New View'.
In the List View, you also have full control of the columns displayed. If you would like to rearrange them and/or enable/disable a few of them, just click the gear icon. Click the checkbox to enable(green) or disable the columns, or drag&drop them to rearrange them.
