Every user has the ability to keep emails private in the Activity Timeline and only publish emails that should be visible to the whole team. This doesn't affect the interactions count, as private emails will still be recorded as activities.

Public/Private Emails in the Activity Timeline
It is possible to change the visibility configuration for each of the emails you have sent and received within FreeAgent CRM. Simply toggle to the Contacts App, select the desired record, and locate the email in the related lists. Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the email and select 'make private'.
Once you've made it private you will see a lock icon the lower right hand corner of the email.
To change the visibility of the email access the menu again and click on 'make public'.
Now you know how to change the visibility of your emails to keep those important for your team public, and those meant for your eyes only private.
If your Company has enabled Email Tracking, private emails will still be tracked in the Email Analytics, however, the information shown in the list for that email is going to be limited. It will create a record of the activity and will show if the email was opened or not, but the contents of the email will be private.
