Create Dashboards from your Saved Views to get all the information you need in a single, beautifully organized view. Not only that, but you have the power to organize the content in your Dashboards, arrange all the views in the way they work best for you, and export them as PDF files.

Create Saved View
FreeAgent CRM gives you the option to generate dashboards based on your Saved Views, which means that you can filter the data exactly as you need it for your Dashboard, create a Saved View and FreeAgent CRM will take it from there.
Before creating the Dashboards it is important to create a 'Saved View' with the data you want to use for it.
Creating a Saved view means that if you have applied filters, rearranged the order and width of the columns in the list view, or have applied any special view configuration, you will be able to save it and come back to it any time.

Update Existing Saved Views
You can update your existing Saved views by adding more filters, changing the configuration, and even adding some sorting options. If you decide to update it and you want to keep this new version, you can save your changes.
This is a great option to keep your Saved views up-to-date, without having to create multiple new ones. Just make your changes and click the 'Save changes' option.
Once you have created your Saved View, go to Dashboards in the main menu and click "Create a New Dashboard". Here all you have to do is give your Dashboard a name, and select whether or not you want to share it with your team. If you do, then you will need to specify the editing access level. There are two options:
- Full Edit Acess. Anyone on the team will be able to make changes to the Dashboard.
- Read-only. All your team members will be able to see the Dashboard, but they won't have access to edit it.
Click on the plus sign located on the right side of the Dashboard page. There you will need to select the view that will be used as a base for your Widget. Then select the widget type. There are 8 widgets in total.

You can rearrange the widgets by dragging and dropping them at the desired location. The others will be automatically rearranged. You can also change the dimensions of the widgets by using the resizing tool available on the bottom right corner of each View.
In the top right corner of each widget, on hover over, there are 3 icons:
- Edit. Change the configuration of your widget, including the type and view.
- Print. Option to export your widget as an image, pdf, or xlsx
- Navigate to view. This will take you to the view you selected to create your widget.
Print to PDF
To print your Dashboard to PDF just click the 3 dots icon and then click "Print to PDF". You will see a success message that says that the PDF file is being generated. This process can take a few minutes to complete, depending on the number of Saved Views it contains.
Once it is ready you will receive a notification. Click on it to see the details where you will find a URL you need to click to initialize the PDF download.
