Changing your password after your first login, and periodically will help to keep your account safe.
Access Level Needed to Change Password
This feature is available for all users in FreeAgent CRM.
No special permissions are required.
Navigate to Change Password
Open the menu and, using the search feature, type in “Change Password.” You can also access by scrolling to settings in the menu.
To change your password, you will need to enter your current password along with the new password you’d like to change to. Your password must contain at least one number, one uppercase letter, and a special character such as: @ # ! ? and must be at least 6 characters long.
If the new password doesn't match the confirmation password, you will receive an error message. Once completed click 'Save'.
If you are unable to login to FreeAgent CRM but would like to reset your password, click on ‘Forgot your password?’ on the sign in page, enter your email address and select ‘Reset Password’. You will get a success message along with an email. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the reset.
Next time you log in to FreeAgent CRM you will need to enter your new password.
