With the release of Cypress, we've replaced the cute green in-app intercom chat button with a new, more compact icon in the FreeAgent top bar and next to it a short-cut to FreeAgent CRM's knowledge base.
This keeps all your FreeAgent pages clean and tidy while leaving in place our very unique commitment to the best CRM support in the industry.
Once you click the chat icon, you will have the option to start a new conversation with our support team or to review previous conversations (1). From here you also have a direct link to our tutorials (2).
And once you click on the question mark icon, a new window will open in your browser linking you to our Knowledge base, where you can use keywords to search for relevant content, isn't it great?
