- Support Chat, start a live chat with one of our expert Customer Success agents. (Chat icon)
- Notifications, here to help you keep a pulse on what’s going on, anywhere, anytime – without interrupting your workflow.
- Profile, sub-menu with links to What's New, Master Subscription Agreement, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and log out.

To reach Support, click the chat icon. You will have the option to start a new conversation with our support team or to review previous conversations. From here you also have a direct link to our tutorials.
And once you click on the question mark icon, a new window will open in your browser linking you to our Knowledge base, where you can use keywords to search for relevant content, isn't it great?
