Saved Views are a perfect and quick way to gain access to the relevant data in FreeAgent CRM. What better way to do so than on the go using FreeAgent CRM's mobile app.
User Permissions: No special permissions are required to use this feature.
There are a few different ways you can get access to your saved views in the mobile app.
First, tap on the app you would like to access. You'll see two menu items for views. One is labelled 'views' and the other 'my views'. Views are for all saved views while my views will only show records that you've created or are assigned to you.
The second way is to enter the app, and then tap on the title at the top of the screen. For example; if you chose to view 'all contacts' you would tap on that at the top of your screen. A drawer will then open up from the bottom listing your views. You can also search for views from here.
