Saved Views are a perfect and quick way to access the relevant data in FreeAgent CRM and what a better way to do so that on the go using FreeAgent CRM's mobile app for iOS.
Click on the menu icon on the top left corner to display the available options.
From within the menu, you can access all your tabs as well as the notifications.
Select the desired tab and then click on the magnifying glass on the top right corner to display the search box.
Tap the search box as if you were looking to write something. This will bring up all your existing Saved views. Select the one you wish for.
Right next to 'Filter by' a pink label with your Saved View's name will appear. This indicates that the Saved View is currently active, so the information you are seeing on the mobile app represents that of the Saved View. For the example in the images below, the Saved View filters the information by the Account's owner. Therefore all the accounts listed are owned by TJ.
If you click on one of them, in its details you can see that TJ Biles is the Account's owner.
To close the Saved View, simply click on the 'X' on the right side of the label. This will remove the current Saved View and display all your information.
Well done! Now you can access your Saved Views on your mobile device and get the information that you need even on the go!
