Suggested Contacts can save you tons of time and make sure that you're not missing any prospects.
Suggested Contacts works auto-magically with the email you have paired with FreeAgent CRM. It scans your Inbox to provide a list of people that you have been communicating with via email. It gives you the option to immediately and effortlessly Create Contact by selecting just the one suggested contact, or you can rapidly select and add many at a time.
Don't worry! This is completely personal to your user and is not shared with your team. In fact, Suggested Contacts is a great way to get an overview of contacts in FreeAgent, so you always know what's being tracked (marked "In FreeAgent") and can always easily choose what contacts FreeAgent CRM ignores.

Access Level Needed to Suggested Contacts
This feature is available for all users in FreeAgent CRM.
Navigating to Suggested Contacts
Open the menu and click on 'Settings' to display the available options, then click 'Suggested Contacts'. Alternatively, you can use the search feature and type 'Suggested Contacts' to get there faster.
Before you Start
Make sure that you have paired your email address with FreeAgent CRM. To learn how to pair your email account, please visit the tutorial below, and review the information that corresponds to your email provider.
Here you will see a list of contacts that have emailed you. It is important to mention that only the emails received to the Inbox of the email addresses paired in FreeAgent CRM are going to be used for this purpose.
The list includes relevant information that would help you decide if you want to add those contacts to FreeAgent CRM or just ignore them. First, we have the contact name, the email address, and domain. Next up email metrics, including the number of emails you have received from them (inbound emails), the total of emails you have sent them (outbound emails), and the sum of these two as well as the dates in which you received and sent the last email. The last column shows if that contact has already been added to FreeAgent CRM, if you ignored them or if they are not in FreeAgent CRM yet.
If you see a contact on the list that you wish to add to FreeAgent CRM, first click on the box right next to the name and then click the 'Create Contact' button.
Since we already have the name and email address, as soon as you click the 'Create Contact' button, the contact will be added to FreeAgent CRM. You will see a dialog box that will confirm that the contact was added successfully. Click 'OK' to dismiss the message and continue adding 'Suggested Contacts' or click the 'Go to Contacts' button to see the list of all your contacts.
The status column will let you know when the contact is in FreeAgent CRM or not yet.
You could also choose to ignore the contact if you don't want to add it to FreeAgent CRM. Simply click on the box next to the name of the contact to select it and then click the 'Ignore' button.
You can always create the contact later if you need it in FreeAgent CRM by repeating the steps mentioned above. The system won't create a new contact if they already exist, to avoid duplicates.
And there you have it! Suggested contacts will help you keep in touch with all your leads making it easier for you to add new ones based on the emails you receive to your inbox.
