FreeAgent CRM gives you complete control over your data since it is after all yours. With this in mind, it is possible for you to export all your information, from your contacts to your deals and of course, information about your notes.
To get started, click on your profile picture and click on 'Activities'.
Here you can see the 5 types of activities: calls, to-dos, emails, meetings, and notes. In order to export your notes only, first, we will need to apply a filter. So click on the filters and then under type select 'note'. You will now that the filter is active by the blue label next to the 'Saved Views' button.
You can apply other filters based on the owner (author) of the note or by date of creation, in order to export just those that belong to a team member or that were created in a date range. Once you are ready, click the 'Things You Can Do' button and then click 'Export CSV'.
A dialog box will request that you confirm this process as it might take a few minutes to complete according to the amount of information that will be exported. Click 'OK' to proceed.
Please keep in mind that each file will include 5000 elements maximum, so we suggest that you export your notes by applying filters so that you don't exceed this limit.
