There are different options to sign in to FreeAgent CRM, including one-click login with Google and Office 365. It is also possible to do so using the email and password combination. But what happens if you forgot your password? It is very simple. All you need to do is use the 'Forgot password?' feature.
Forgot your password?
To get started, click the 'Forgot your password? link, right below the field to type in your password.
This will redirect you to the reset password page. Just enter the email address you use to sign in to FreeAgent CRM and click the 'Reset Password' button.
Once you do you will receive an email address from "firstname.lastname@example.org" on your inbox with additional instructions to reset your password. You can click on the 'Reset password' button to continue with the process.
You will be redirected to the Reset password page, where you will be requested to enter a new password. Once you type in your new password click the 'Reset password' button.
This will now be the password you will need to use to sign in to FreeAgent CRM. We recommend that you use a strong password to protect your security. These are some suggestions for a secure password:
- At least six characters long.
- Should include at least 1 number or special character (@ # $ % ^ & * ).
- Should include at least one upper and one lower case letters.
