Keeping your FreeAgent CRM account safe is a very important matter. In the event where you can't log in with your current credentials, you will need to reset your password.
Forgot your password?
Just click the 'Forgot your password? link, available on the login page.
You will need to provide the email address you use to sign in to FreeAgent CRM. Then click the 'Reset Password' button.
Once you do, you will receive an email address from "email@example.com" in your inbox with additional instructions to reset your password.
Note: If you haven't received the reset password email, please review your spam folder.
You will need to click on the 'Reset password' button included in the email to continue with the process.
It will redirect you to the Reset password page, where you will be requested to enter a new password and confirm it. Then click the 'Change your password' button. Your new password should include:
- At least six characters long.
- At least one uppercase, one lowercase, and one special symbol (@ # $ % ^ & * )
This will now be the password you will need to use to sign in to FreeAgent CRM. We recommend that you use a strong password to protect your security.
