The List View is a great way to see exactly the information that you need since it will allow you to customize it. You can select all the columns that contain the information that is most relevant for your needs for your Leads, Accounts, and Deal. One other great advantage of this view is the ability to sort the data by the column it is contained in.
Sorting the data in your columns it's quite straightforward. All you need to do so is click once on the column name and the system will automatically sort the information on Ascending order. You will notice that there is a blue arrow pointing up, as well as a label indicating the column used for the sorting.
If you would like to sort on Descending order, you will just need to click the column name once more. The blue arrow will now point downwards.
