Sure you can! FreeAgent CRM gives you complete freedom to manage your sales team. Whether it is to add new team members or edit existing ones.
You can change their information, update their email address or the access level for that profile and even create a new password if needed.
Note: If you make changes to sensitive information such as the password, it is important that you request your Team members to change it next time they log in after you share it with them.
Edit Team Member Email Address
To get started, click on your profile and head to Settings (1), then click on 'My team' (2) on the left-hand side menu.
Select the Team member for which you want to update the Email address and click the 'Edit' button.
Change the Email address on the field with that name and click the 'Save' button.
Once you save, it is important to let the team members know that next time they log in, they will need to use the updated email address.
