FreeAgent CRM has the option to configure different access levels for the Members of a Team. These access levels define limits to the information available for each of them. There are two different options when it comes to Access Level: Team or Individual.
I can't see my Team's Deals
It is quite likely that you were given the 'Individual' access level if you are not able to see the details of all the Deals available for your Team.
You could contact the owner of your Team for more information regarding your Access Level.
One quick way to find out your Access Level is reviewing the options available in the 'Settings' menu. The image below shows the comparison between the Team (1) and Individual (2) Access levels.
