With FreeAgent CRM you have full control of your Team, which means that you can add team members as you need. But what happens after a team member is suspended? Since no data is lost once a team member is suspended it is always possible to see which Leads, Accounts, and Deals where assigned to that team member and reassign them if needed.

Reassigning Leads from a Suspended Team Member
First, we need to identify which Leads where assigned to that team member. To do so, go to the 'Leads' tab.
Here you would want to make sure to add the 'Lead Owner' column to your list view. Just click on the 'List configuration' icon to display the available options. Then enable 'Lead Owner'.
Then you can order the Leads by their owner with a simple click to the 'Lead Owner' column. This way you can see all the Leads of the same owner together.
It is possible to assign multiple leads to a single Team member at once. All you need to do is select the leads you want to reassign, by checking the box on the left of their names. Once you are done selecting leads, click the 'Assign' button.
Here you need to select the Team member you want to assign the leads to. Once you do, click on the 'Save' button.
As soon as the process concludes, the leads will be reassigned to the Team member you selected. Please note that you may need to refresh your browser in order to get the List view to show the change in the Lead's owner.
Great! Now you can keep track of your customer relationships exactly where your Team member left off.
