If you are wondering how to schedule meetings using FreeAgent CRM then you have come to the right place. Thanks to FreeAgent CRM's Next Steps it is possible to do pretty much anything, from creating a to-do, to call or email someone, to create one to schedule a meeting.

Scheduling a Meeting
To schedule a meeting, first, go to the 'Contacts' app and select the contact you want to invite to the meeting. Then select 'Next Steps' (1) in the right-hand section and click the 'Add Next Step' button that appears when you hover over the section. You could also click on the 'Meeting icon' (2).
Here is where you add the specifics of your Meeting (1). In the description add a few words that explain what the meeting is about, this is a required field. The guest will include the contact you chose to create the Next Step, but you can add more emails here if you want to invite more people. You can as well invite other team members to the meeting. If you want to you can add a location for the meeting or if you are planning a video conference you can add the link to it. Finally, select when you want the meeting to happen, specifying the meeting duration, the expected start and end times, and the frequency in case you want to set up a recurring meeting.
On the section to the right (2), you can leave notes for your meeting, or check the calendar to determine when it works best for you to have the meeting. Once you are done click the 'Save' button.
Once you Save it, you will be asked if you would like to send the meeting invite to the guests and other team members, click 'Send' to confirm, 'Do Not Send' to skip the meeting invite email or click 'Cancel' if you would like to make changes to your Meeting.
Your Meeting will be created and it will be visible in the Contacts details on the right-hand section under Next Steps.
It will be also visible from your Calendar.
The Next Step will be automatically completed by FreeAgent CRM after the selected meeting end time.
Updating a Meeting
To update a scheduled meeting, first, go to the 'Contacts' app and select the contact for which you scheduled the meeting. Then make sure you are on the 'Next Steps' segment on the right-hand section.
Select the meeting you want to update to get to the Edit 'Next Step' window. Here you can change every aspect of the meeting and even add more participants. Once you are ready, click the 'Save' button. This will send a new email to all the invitees with the meeting updates.
Deleting a Meeting
To delete a scheduled meeting, first, go to the 'Contacts' app and select the contact for which you scheduled the meeting. Then make sure you are on the 'Next Steps' segment on the right-hand section.
Select the meeting you want to delete to get to the Edit 'Next Step' window. Here you can either update the meeting or delete it all together by clicking the 'Delete' button.
Make sure that you want to delete the Meeting you are editing, as this process can't be undone. Once you click the 'Delete' button, the Next Step will be deleted.
