The FreeAgent CRM mobile app features the most relevant functionality for you and your sales team on the go. You will be able to manage all your records.
Edition Qualifier: This feature is available in all FreeAgent Editions.
User Permissions: No special permissions are required to use this feature.
Navigate to Apps
Open the menu to display all your available Apps. Then just tap the desired one.
Create a Record
To create a new record in any App, tap the + sign on the bottom left corner.
Note: Fields that have the '*' symbol right next to them are mandatory fields, which means they must be filled out in order to create the record.
Fill in the form and once you are done, tap 'Save' to create the record.
Note: Read/Write access to some fields could be restricted. Contact your team's administrator for more information.
You will be redirected to the record's detail page so you can start interacting with it right away.
Edit a Record
Tap the desired record and then tap the edit icon, located in the top right corner. You will have the option to update all the fields available in the form if desired. Save once you are done.
Delete a Record
Tap the desired record and then swipe down until you reach the end of the information section to get to the 'Delete' button. Tap on it and confirm if you want to delete it.
One more option is to swipe right on the record's card right from your Apps record list. Doing this will reveal a Delete button. Tap on it and confirm if you want to delete it.
