The FreeAgent CRM calendar integration allows you to gather all your events into a single view for easy tracking and fast access. Next steps will also appear on your Calendar to help you stay organized.
You can integrate your calendar with FreeAgent CRM by pairing your Email, but this functionality is only available for Gmail and Office 365 email accounts.

Once you have paired your email address, click on the Next Steps tab, and make sure that you are in the Calendar view (1). Here you will be able to see both your Email calendar events as well as your FreeAgent CRM Next steps. It also gives you the option to see your team member's Calendars (2).
If you click on the Calendar event, additional information about it will appear on a small window. The information includes the event date and time, the description, the Lead name in case you have saved that lead as a contact within FreeAgent CRM and the team member assigned to that Next Step or event.
Here you will also be able to see your the Next Steps so that you can manage all your 'To-Dos' using a single application. If you click on a Next Step Calendar Event, there will be more information available in the details, including the option to mark the Next Step as 'Done' by clicking on the 3 vertical dots.
Keep in mind that if a team member hasn't completed the pair Email process, then only Next Steps will be available for that team member in the Calendar.
