FreeAgent CRM keeps track of your Team members' activities for all the Tabs. The idea is to have a complete record of every Email sent, calls made and notes added.
To get started click on your profile picture and then click on 'Activities'.
Here you will see a list of all the activities that include the date of the activity, the type (Email, To Do, Call, Note), source (Lead, Account, Deal), the owner and the activity detail. The activities are also available in the details of each Lead, Account, Deal and Custom tabs.
From here you can apply filters (1), create Saved views (2) and also import additional activities, like notes for example or export them in a CSV file (3).
Activities on Tabs
On the detail view of your Tabs, under the 'Activity' segment, you will see every single activity for that element. All emails, calls, messages, and notes, completed Next Steps and even attachments will be displayed in this section.
The information will be organized by date and will include the team member that performed the action. The section offers the option to search for specific content if needed.
Within the activities, you can also upload files and perform searches in order to get to the information you are looking for faster.
