When managing a team it is important to have the option to reset passwords in the event that a team member is unable to login to his or her profile.
First, it is important to mention that only the team owner has access to the option to reset passwords for all the team members.
To get started, click on your Portrait and then click 'Settings' (1). There scroll all the way down in the left-hand side menu until you get to 'My Company'. Click it to display the available options and then click on 'Users' (2).
You will see a list of all the members of your team. To change their password all you need to do is select the team member by clicking on the circle right next to the name. Then click the 'Edit' button.
Here you can see all the team member's details: Name, Title, Role, Access Level, Email Address and an option to Reset the password.
In the password field, enter a new password for your team member and click the 'Save' button.
You will need to share the new password with your team member so that it can be used in the next login attempt. For security reasons, it is recommended that after resetting a password for a team member, that they change it right after they use it to log in to their profile.
