When managing a team it is important to have the option to reset passwords in the event that a team member is unable to login to his or her profile.
First, it is important to mention that only the team owner has access to the option to reset passwords for all the team members.
To get started, click on your Portrait and then click 'Settings' (1). There click on 'My Team' (2) on the right-hand side section.
You will see a list of all the members of your team. There you can select the team member for which you need to reset the password by clicking on the circle right next to the name. Then click the 'Edit' button.
Here you can see all the team member's details: Name, Access Level, and Email Address.
To reset the password, simply enter a new one in the Password field and click the 'Save' button.
You will need to share the new password with your team member so that it can be used in the next login attempt. For security reasons, it is recommended that after resetting a password for a team member, that they change it right after they use it to log in to their profile.
