FreeAgent CRM has the most powerful Email integration available of any CRM. It will allow you to pair your desired Email address and track every single email sent and received for any of your existing Leads within FreeAgent CRM.
Check Email Logs
To get started, click on your portrait and then click 'Email Log' (1).
Once there, on the 'Received' section you will see the emails you have received from your Leads (2). Please note that only the emails that come from Leads that you have registered in FreeAgent CRM will be visible here.
Emails that you have received but have not read yet will have a red dot on the left side.
On the 'Sent' section (1) you will see every single email you have sent from within FreeAgent CRM. And if you click the 'View Settings' (2) button, you will be redirected to the configuration section, where you can check your Email settings.
This option is great so that you can manage all your communication within FreeAgent CRM and removes the hassle of having to use multiple applications for the same purpose.
