You can customize your FreeAgent CRM experience with the different views available for your Leads.
Leads Tab Views
The Leads Tab includes three different views: Rolodex, List, and Board. On each of the views, you can apply filters (1), perform searches (2) and create 'Saved Views' (3).
It is composed of 4 sections.
Section 1 shows the complete list of your Leads. Each Lead will be represented as a card in the list (1). With the default configuration, each Card will include the Lead's Name, Role and the Account it belongs to (2), and the number of attempts (3) for each Lead and how long has it been since the attempt occurred as well as Next Steps. (Attempts can be calls made or emails sent to the lead).

Once you click on any of the Leads on the list, the information of the other sections will reflect that of the lead you selected.
Section 2 includes the option to email or call the Lead with just one click, as well as an indicator of Next Steps (1). Here you will also find all the information about the lead, including the contact information (2).
Section 3 shows the recent 'Activity' for that Lead, anything from messages, notes, sent and received emails. Here you search in the timeline to find a specific activity (1), upload attachments (2) and also write messages and leave notes (3).
Section 4 includes a drop-down with two options: Next Steps and Deals.
In this segment, you can see your existing Next Steps for the lead, including its due date. By clicking on the 3 dots icon (1) you can mark your 'Next Steps' as 'Done' once you have completed the task at hand or from there perform actions like calls or emails (2).
This segment includes all the Deals you have created for that particular Lead.
This view is a basic list of all your Leads. Within this view, you can filter the information, perform a general Lead search using their names or search the name of the Account to see all Leads that belong to it.
You can also customize this view by changing the order of the columns, adding or removing columns from the view or by creating Custom Fields.

The Board View allows you to visualize your Leads and pivot them (1) by the number of attempts, owner, lead status, among others.
This view will also allow you to 'Drag and Drop' your Leads into the column that best fits them. Please note that the 'Drag and Drop' option is not available in the # of attempts view since the attempts are tracked by the system.
