You can customize your FreeAgent CRM experience with the different views available for all your apps.
All your Apps include three different views: Rolodex, List, and Board. On each of the views, you can apply filters (1), perform searches (2) and create 'Saved Views' (3).
It is composed of 4 sections.
Section 1 shows a complete list of your elements for the selected tab. Each element will be represented as a card in the list (1). With the default configuration, each card includes some basic elements (2), and the number of attempts (3), as well as Next Steps.
It is possible to customize the cards so that they show the most relevant information for your business. For more information, please visit the following tutorial:
Once you click on any of the element on the list, the information of the other sections will reflect that of the element you selected.
Section 2 includes the option to email or call the contact with just one click, as well as the option to schedule meetings or create next steps, this is only available for the Contacts tab, as well as an indicator of Next Steps (1). Here you will also find all the information about the element, including all the custom fields you added for that tab (2).
Section 3 shows the recent 'Activity' for that element, anything from messages, notes, sent and received emails. Here you search in the timeline to find a specific activity (1), upload attachments (2) and also write messages and leave notes (3).
Section 4 includes a drop-down with a few options that could vary according to the number of tabs you have active, although most of them will include Next Steps.
In this segment, you can see your existing Next Steps for the element, including its due date. By clicking on the 3 dots icon (1) you can mark your 'Next Steps' as 'Done' once you have completed the task at hand or from there perform actions like calls or emails (2) which are available on the Contacts tab only.
The information on the other options of the drop-down will depend on the Tab they reference to.
This view is a basic list of all the elements of the selected tab. Within this view, you can filter the information, perform a general search to find a specific element.
You can also customize this view by changing the order of the columns, adding or removing columns from the view or by creating Custom Fields.

The Board View allows you to visualize the elements of a given tab and pivot them (1) by the number of attempts, owner, contact status, among others.
This view will also allow you to 'Drag and Drop' your elements into the column that best fits them. Please note that the 'Drag and Drop' option is not available in some system updated fields like # of attempts, dates such as creation or update since those are updated by the system.
The different views that are available throughout the system allow you to customize your FreeAgent CRM experience. Any changes you make to the views will apply only to you, and will not affect other members of your team.
