You can create or delete Saved Views for you or everyone in your Team. Saved Views play two important roles within FreeAgent CRM, they allow you to filter your information faster and they are used in the report creation process.
Click on your portrait and then click 'Settings' (1). Then click on 'Saved Views' (2) on the left-hand side menu.
Here you will see all your Saved Views. The Saved Views located under 'My Saved Views' are only available to you.
The Saved Views under 'Team Saved Views' are visible to everyone on the Team.
Delete a Saved View
To delete a Saved View, first, click on the checkbox on the left-hand side of the Saved View you would like to delete. If you want to delete multiple Saved Views at a time, you can select multiple Saved Views.
The 'Delete' button will be enabled, click it to proceed.
It is necessary that you confirm in order to delete a Saved View. Some Saved Views could be used on Reports, so it is important that you double check before deleting a Saved View since this action cannot be undone.
