Saved Views will help you get the information you need faster. You can keep your favorite filters as 'Saved Views' so that you don’t have to apply filters to your data every time. 'Saved Views' can be created for any tab within FreeAgent CRM including custom ones.
There are an infinite amount of Save Views you can create to access your information faster, depending on the filters you apply to your information. It is important to mention that not all fields are filterable, so keep that in mind when you create new ones. You can learn more about Custom fields in the following tutorial:
Let's say that you usually filter your Deals by 'Stage' and you are constantly looking over the won or lost deals, then instead of applying those filters every time you want to see that information, you just need to create a Saved View. Next time you want to see your won/lost deals, all you have to do is click on the Search Bar and select the corresponding Saved View.
Create a Saved View
To create a 'Saved View', first, go to the desired tab. For this example, we'll go to 'Deals'.
There click on filters to display the available options according to the tab. Select the desired filters and the information will be updated in real time. You can apply as many filters as you need. Once you have finished applying filters, click the 'Save View' button.
Give your Saved View a name. To share the 'Saved View' with your team, mark the checkbox next to 'Share with Team'. Then click the 'Save' button.
Please note it is only possible to share 'Saved Views' with your team at this stage of the creation process.
Your Saved View will be created and visible in the search bar. If you wish to go back to see all your available deals, simply click the 'X' on the pink label of the Saved View.
To apply an existing Saved View all you need to do is click on the 'Search bar' to display the available ones and then select the one you desire.
To check all your existing Saved Views, click on your portrait, then click on 'Settings'. On the menu to the left, click on 'Saved Views' (1) under FreeFlow. The first section 'My Saved Views' (2) will show those that are only available for you. Those that you decided to share with your Team will be located under 'Team Saved Views' (3).
