FreeAgent CRM gives you full control over your Team members (users), so you can add, edit, suspend, or activate members of your team at any time. In this tutorial we will cover the following topics:

Navigate to Users
To get started click on your portrait and click on 'Settings' (1), then click on 'My Company' (2) on the left-hand side menu to display the available options and then click 'Users' (3).
Add Team Member
There you will see all your existing team members. To add a new one, click on 'Add Team Member'.
You will get the team member creation form where you can enter the name, access level, email address and temporary password for the account.
There are two different team member access levels: team and individual. Generally speaking, the team level access gives the team member the option to see everything that is happening with the team, while the individual level access will allow the team member to only see records where they are the owner.
To create the team member after you have added the information, click the 'Save' button.
Once the team member is saved, it will appear as part of your team. From this view, you can also edit, activate or suspend existing team members.
Edit Team Member
To edit a team member, click on your profile and head to Settings (1), then click on 'My team' (2) on the left-hand side menu.
Click the circle on the left-hand side of the team member you want to edit to activate the 'Edit' button. Then click on it.
Make the necessary changes to the Team Member's information and click the 'Save' button when you are ready.
Activate or Suspend Team Member
To get started click on your profile and head to Settings (1), then click on 'My team' (2) on the left-hand side menu.
To enable the options to activate or suspend, first click on the circle on the left-hand side.
Once the button becomes active, click on it, and the change will be visible under the 'Status' column.
Once team members are suspended, they will not be able to log in to FreeAgent CRM from that moment on. However, all the information (phone logs, notes, emails) created by those team members will not be deleted.
To activate them, repeat the process described above, but click on the 'Activate' button instead.
First, it is important to mention that only the administrator has access to the option to reset passwords for all the team members.
You will see a list of all the members of your team. To change their password all you need to do is select the team member by clicking on the circle right next to the name. Then click the 'Edit' button.
Here you can see all the team member's details: Name, Title, Role, Access Level, Email Address and an option to reset the password.
In the password field, enter a new password for your team member and click the 'Save' button.
You will need to share the new password with your team member so that it can be used in the next login attempt. For security reasons, it is recommended that after resetting a password for a team member, that they change it right after they use it to log in to their profile.
Edit Team Member Email Address
To get started, click on your profile and head to Settings (1), then click on 'My team' (2) on the left-hand side menu.
Note: If you make changes to sensitive information such as the password, it is important that you request your Team members to change it next time they log in after you share it with them.
