FreeAgent CRM gives you full control over your Team members, so you can suspend or activate members of your team at any time.
Activate or Suspend Team Member
To get started click on your profile and head to Settings (1), then click on 'My team' (2) on the left-hand side menu.
To enable the options to activate or suspend, first click on the circle on the left-hand side.
Once the button becomes active click on it, and the change will be visible under the 'Status' column.
Once team members are suspended, they will not be able to log in to FreeAgent CRM from that moment on. However, all the information (phone logs, notes, emails) created by those team members will not be deleted.
To activate them, repeat the process described above, but click on the 'Activate' button instead.
