Adding your Sales team in FreeAgent CRM is super easy. But sometimes once you added a member you might need to change the information or the access level for that profile. You can accomplish this by editing the existing Team member.
You can change the name, email address or access level. You also have the ability to reset a team member's password.
Edit Team Member
To edit a team member, click on your profile and head to Settings (1), then click on 'My team' (2) on the left-hand side menu.
Click the circle on the left-hand side of the team member you want to edit to activate the 'Edit' button. Then click on it.
Make the necessary changes to the Team Member's information and click the 'Save' button when you are ready.
