It is possible to unpair your email address from FreeAgent CRM. In this tutorial, we will show you the steps to do it.
Unpair your Email
To unpair, click your profile picture and click on 'Settings' (1). Then click on 'Email' (2) in the menu that will come up on the left-hand side. Under the Setup tab, click the 'Unpair' button (3).
You will be prompted to confirm the process, by clicking the 'unpair' button, before your email address is unpaired from the account.
Woohoo! Now you’re ready to pair a different Email address.
