My Scheduled Emails allows you to schedule composed emails to be sent at a later date and time. You can access your list of scheduled emails and edit or delete them at any time before they're sent.
Edition Qualifier: The filter feature is available in all FreeAgent Editions. You need to have an email address paired with FreeAgent to use this feature.
User Permissions: This feature is available for all users in FreeAgent CRM.

Compose an Email
You can open the email creation panel in a few different ways.
1. Click on an email address stored in any record in FreeAgent.
2. Click on the "email" in the Activity Feed on the detail screen of any record.
3. You can also reply to emails from the activity feed, and the related list, or even create an email from an email task.
Schedule the Email for Later
Once you've composed your email you can now schedule to send at a later date and time. Click on the "schedule" icon in the bottom right corner of the email window.
This will open the scheduling window at the top of your screen. You can select from the following options:
- Next Week
- Custom Date
Once you've selected a date you need to the time you would like the email to be sent at. Once you're finished click the "Schedule" button.
You can see and manage all of your scheduled emails by navigating to Activities > Emails > My Scheduled Emails.
The options menu next to each scheduled email allows you to:
- Edit the email
- Send it now
- Reschedule when the email is sent
- Delete it
