Admins can see all workflows as well as what stage the workflow is in. Everything is neatly separated into different tabs.
User Permissions: Admins only.
Navigate to Workflow Activities
Go to Settings > Jobs > Workflow Activities.
Tabs
All workflow records are divided up into tabs based on the result of running the workflow. Let's go over what each tab means.
Active
This is any workflow that is currently running. The workflow process has started and is currently in the middle of its process without reaching its endpoint or an error.
Completed
Workflows that have successfully completed their processes. This means the workflow did not encounter any errors and was able to move from the beginning to the endpoint in its process.
Terminated
Workflows that were once active but were manually terminated/ended by a user before reaching the endpoint of their process.
Error
Any workflow that encountered an error when attempting any step in their process. Such as attempting to create a record with invalid values. An example would be putting an email in a phone number field, expecting a value and it being null.
Sorting
1. Search
Use the search box to find a specific workflow. This works best if you know the name of the workflow.
2. Filter
Set up custom filters so that you only see the workflows that meet your specific parameters. You can then save your view for later use.

3. Columns
Many of the columns allow you to sort by simply clicking on them. Sort by when the workflow ended or by the workflow status.
